Over the last 7 years, I’ve had the extraordinary opportunity to work in the trenches, up close and personal, on project after project with some of the world’s top industry leaders.
I have a strange superpower for being able to see a course unfold as my clients share their knowledge and experience with me. I’d love to help you connect the dots!
The vision mapping session is a two-hour video meeting on the topic of your choice relating to online course creation. After your call is scheduled you will receive a link to the vision mapping prep work for you to complete prior to our meeting.
Spend 8 hours in Florida with Megan for a one-on-one strategy day where you’ll work together to map out your course outline using the Result Centered Training Formula.
By incorporating key elements to increase user engagement and content consumption your customers will achieve better results and this ultimately leads to increased customer lifetime value and higher demand for your programs.
Walk away with confidence knowing that you’re structuring your course in the best possible format and have a detailed project plan in place to create the content and course assets necessary so it actually gets done.
Each project and team is unique so we like our meetings to flow organically and allow room for brainstorming and focusing on the topics that are most important to you.
The agenda for the day will be dependent upon the amount of time it takes to complete the course outline but a typical flow for the day would entail:
Identify the modules and lessons for your course. This will be used to create a formal course outline which will also serve as your project plan.
Identify the activities and resources you can incorporate within your lessons to increase the likelihood that your customers will actually take action and implement what was taught.
Review and identify opportunities for improving your current product suite (all the products/services you currently offer). This may entail adding products/services you do not currently offer, simplifying your product offerings, or repositioning offers.
